• Planning Department: As part of the Planning Application process, we share your name, address, visual representations of your property (e.g., images and plans), and technical project information with the Planning Department. This information will be made available in the public domain as required by the application process.

4. Retention of Your Information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this notice, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements:

• Contact Information: Retained while you remain a client and as necessary for service follow-ups.
